My A/C system of 21 years needed to be replaced. Ben / Air Pro Heating on was one of the 3 to 4 companies I contacted. From the day he quoted to when it was installed, it was 3 days! There were over 25 companies in the area, but based on the reviews, not many had experience installing new HVAC systems. Ben was one of the few who did. He provided quotes for two different systems, and I noticed that his labor warranty was far better than the rest. Ben responded to all my inquiries and questions promptly, even on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. He gave his honest opinion on the ductwork instead of just quoting a replacement. I found him to be very professional in all aspects. Since I needed the new installation done ASAP due to the September heat wave in SoCal, Ben came to my home on Labor Day to perform the pre-inspection. The quote I received was very detailed, with no surprises or additions because of the pre-inspection. He ordered the new system on Tuesday and came out with his crew on Wednesday for the installation. On day of installtion, he showed me the condenser unit and furnace brand names as its listed in his quote. Despite the triple-digit temperatures, Ben and his crew never complained about the heat, saying it was just part of the job. After completing the installation, he meticulously checked each air vent in the house to ensure cold air was properly flowing. He was also kind enough to clean my dryer duct. Overall, I would highly recommend Ben without hesitation for your HVAC installation

Ben and the others at Air Pro are the best! Their prices are super fair, and what you get is a superior product. Ben knows HVAC inside and out, and just wants to do a perfect job (and does!).
They saved us over $20k on a job (relative to another quote) by letting us know that our current system was still super new (the other company tried to up-sell us on a new one) and would still be good for 10+ years. They did all the same work at a fraction of the price. Afterwards, there was a small rattling noise when the AC kicked on and they came out the next day and fixed it (the problem was an old register, not their fault, but they fixed it for free anyways).
Being a small company, they're super responsive to phone calls and always willing to help. I wish they did more than just AC, because these guys are awesome.

I had a really good experience working with Ben, he came to inspect my previous system and was very knowledgeable and honest, his quote was very competitive(we took 2 more), and his service was on time and was done in no time.
I will definitely call Ben again and reffer him to anyone I know.

My old AC stopped working so I asked around and got few referrals.
Ben Came over the next day and was very kind and explained me that my old AC had a fan issue but since the AC was so old I decided that I want to change it.
Ben gave me a fair price for changing the AC and all the air duct and they installed it within days.
It took only few hours with abut 4-5 employees.
installation was very professional and clean and before I knew it it was done.
I also installed nest thermostat and then connected to the Wi-Fi for me and explain me how to operate it.
I will definitely recommend it to all my friends and family

Air Pro are very professional and giving personal service and care.
Ben was very responsive and quick when our AC broke in the middle of the summer.
He gave us a great price and amazing service and install a new system in a timely manner.
